Yup , and i deleted the file on %appdata% but it still dont work :/

All tools are installed? Like C++ and .NET Framework? And that sort of things?
Try to check this, it's very important!
You were able to open it some time? Or it's you first time?

I checked it too , and they are all uptated
When i double click on it nothing happen but i can open the loader

ttry to install the
, restart the computer and run the lsvip as adm
---
mine too was not working, i found that everything was updated but only worked when a friend told me to install the AIO
