Solved.

 

Solution :

 

Delete your old EB files from %appdata%

You can not auth because you're from Turkey. Buy VIP if you want to use EB/BoL.

İ just log-in and im using now. İ deleted old EB files from %appdata%

Try to clear the Internet Explorer cache and refresh dns,

would not you know do these things, use CCleaner.
