Hi guys. So I have a problem here and I'm hoping some of you know how to fix this. I know this is not a Helping Section but I'll still try my luck if somebody knows how to fix my problem. So I already did all the things I can. I watched and read tutorials on how to fix it I did it all but it's still the same. I already restarted my modem 2 times I restarted my computer. I have a fast internet as well and theres a day which it doesnt buff and can change to any quality I want. But theres some days as well where its really annoying where I can't watch a video anymore because even though it's in 144p it's still buffering way too long. And I can't change the quality as well. Because if I did, it will take longer as well. And this happened to me before but it got fixed just by restarting the modem. But now, even though I do it, it doesn't change :'( Pl0xzcx halp me thankssssssssssss

PS: The buffering only happens in youtube. :'(

To easily download Pastebin files convert the link into a raw. Pastebin.com/31ef84 becomes Pastbin.com/raw/31ef84

Once converted right click on the new page and hit save as --> desired location

Here are some suggestions that might help you:

- Change browser i'd recommend Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari

- Update the Adobe Flash-player

- Run some speedtests and see if the problem it's your internet connection

- Update your Network Driver (Driver Booster 3.3 is a very good program for this task, I currently use it and you find license very easy)

- Reinstall Windows last option
