G2A problem

I've already done 1 refund before on my IP and now I'm getting error code #1 upon adding an item to the shopping cart and it doesn't let me add a game to the cart.

 

When I go on a VPN and use my PayPal email address to purchase the game, it gives me this error: We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method if available.

 

I've also tried other paypal accounts and it gives me the same problem. What do I do? G2A are not doing anything.
