CIS Email from Amazon will not refund?

Hi guys so I tried refunding something and the rep said it will be processed in 3-5 business days.

 

Then all of a sudden today I get slapped with a CIS email saying I will not be refunded.

item was left on the front door no signature required.

What to do now?

 

I already called them and wrote back to them in an email. But what else should I do now?

If you called them, what did you say?

First I wrote an email to them then I called and the customer service rep said that the CIS deparment is closed at the moment and that she would be handling my case and would give me a call back tomorrow.

They said they would not issue a refund and that they called the courier company and they confirmed that it was delivered...  they just left it in the front
