Fast As Lighting. With just 25 apikeys I am getting this. Release version you can choose to lowercase or not.

Also removes blank spaces from usernames

My ScouterScrapper application reads from the keys.txt file. Keep the 2 files in the same folder and have all your apikeys in keys.txt. The more keys you have in there the faster your application will be. Just paste all the keys under each other.

The startindex is the first summonerid it will check and the endindex is the last. So there are 80-90 miljoen accounts. If you have a good passlist and use indexes nobody has yet you will get some good hits.

When you start the scrapper it will ask you for basic information. The startindex and endindex are fort he summonerid. 20miljoen is a really old account. Right now there are account in the range of 80miljoen. After you filled it in it will start to scrape for you.

Because my last date is set on 12-2015 only account that have last played before 2016 will be remembered. And also only when they are lvl 30. Once it scraped some usernames it will remove the black spaces between words en will lowercase it. And when you look at the header you will see where it will place the output file. It will be named “SqouterHit<YourStartIndex>”.
Each key can get 400 account in 10 seconds. So the more keys you have the faster it will go.

NOTE : Riots Api can sometimes say a summonerlevel is 30 but they arent. Some accounts had weird rollbacks so to avoid this i would use indexes for newer accounts.

Well it seems to be getting me the accounts pretty swiftly, will be running some of the log thru my cracker to see if they get some hits too.
Thus far the program works decently enough.

Thanks. I decided to make this after the op.gg scrapper thta only gives me usernames that recently played a game. And the wz scrapper gives the same to everyone. Now with 90 miljoen account in every region and this application i can get some account with my shitty passlist. If i had a good passlist i would be unstoppable
