Additional Information: We accord about the code as the conversation attached. Still waiting after his school, after many excuses and after 48hours and then he didn't reply anymore. He is always online and online in the forum but nothing about my code registration. He also told me that he had the code but never sent me.

I'm here, you always write me "I have your code, I have your code..." but you never given anything. I'm here, I opened a scam report because I gave you the right time to reply and never replied. Now I got the code from another user for 1 dollar and don't wont your code anymore, so I asked money back but you now use the excuse that I have not answered tonight because I was out?! give my money back before that is made by Paypal.....OR YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THINGS OR DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE!

He tried with me before to use SE to tell me that was my guilt if I didn't received his code, then he sent a "code" after many times that I told to him that I wanted my money back and not the code anymore, anycase he sent me the code, so after that, I tought, as also he told to me, to save it for future use, if will ban my actual account, so I accepted it and I had decided to close this report and also the report on paypal, but I tried the code and it was fake!!! Absurd because he told me that I scammed him telling that the code is fake....and then as the conversation shows, he told me that wants to block me on skype....this is not a mature behavior....anycase he is a scammer for me because I lost my money. 

 

I'm sorry that this forum has people of this low level like him.
