How to cut internet from other devices ?

My ping level is over 9000 , there's any way to cut the internet from the other devices which use the same wifi as me ?

 

I have Technicolor TG799 v2

P.S : Mac filter doesn't exist in this shitty router

 

I tried Selfishnet it seems like it doesn't work and tried NetCut but the PC version affect only windows and the android version in beta , it works but sometimes bug and ruin my game Fappa

 

is there any other APP ?
