Additional Information: That was almost a month ago! I was also scammed for 250€  and saw his topic where he said "I will do it for free (in some cases)if you have been scammed from a member here." But he refused to do it for free and I had to pay( But anyway I wasn't mad becauase he said "in some cases" so that was not the problem, I just wanted to get my money back from member who scammed me....He also didn't have any ToS and how could I know I shouldt have a phone number on account ?? The only reason I used his service is because I dont have any experience with paypal.

I have a lot transactions on paypal , can you tell me your email so i can refund ? And btw that's not scam.
I never say i will refund anyone who will lose the case.

@You paid me using your name not your email and i was not able to refund since i didnt know who you are so i send you back 6€ to the email you gave me via pm.
Check your paypal please.
Was 6 not 6.5  :broge:
