Multiple times I've gotten a message saying "Memory card has been removed. Restarting PS Vita system" and the Vita proceeds to restart. I do not even touch the memory card slot when this happens and I always try turning the system off, taking the memory card out and popping it back in but the error still comes up every now and again. I have literally been on my computer and seen it randomly do this out of the blue on my desk, It's been sitting there untouched for hours and still getting this error? Is this perhaps a software related error or maybe worse a hardware defect in some Vita systems ?
