Honestly while the nerf hit him hard, I think that Riot might actually be able to change the new nerf hammer hit into a semi decent buff. Like number of spells based off time based off of Q level or something sso you can 100-0 someone if you dont miss but if you miss early game you cant. Other than that he is  fucked. RIP
